Jesse is the founder of Hays HR Consulting and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting clients across all industries. She specializes in HR compliance, payroll processing, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and system optimization—with advanced expertise in ADP.
Jesse offers a full range of services including employee handbooks, carrier feeds, onboarding, audits, 401(k) compliance, non-discrimination testing, and workers’ compensation claims and audits. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in HR, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and an Associate’s in Management Accounting. Known for her practical, efficient approach, Jesse helps businesses streamline operations and stay compliant with confidence.
